Energy is everything and everywhere. Yet, most people are suffering terribly for lack of it. This is a horrific state of affairs, and completely unnecessary. I know, because I used to be one of those people.  

I grew up in a small Alaskan town called Soldotna. It felt like I was a million miles away from the rest of the world. It was the kind of small town that tends to trap the people who live there.
